Paradigm Oral Health, a provider of oral surgery services, on the completion of a surgeon-led buyback that returns majority ownership and control of Paradigm Oral Health to its surgeons and leadership team.
Pharmakon Advisors on entering into a $500 million committed debt facility with Mineralys Therapeutics, the developer of an investigational drug for treating hypertension. The term loan will be available to Mineralys in four tranches, with the first tranche of $100 million to be funded upon closing.
Rocket Lab (NASDAQ: RKLB), a global space systems and launch services provider, in connection with debt financing and capital markets matters in its definitive agreement to acquire Iridium Communications Inc. in a cash-and-stock transaction, including its commitments from lenders for a $3.6 billion 364-day senior secured bridge term loan facility.
Scholar Rock (NASDAQ: SRRK) in connection with a six-year term loan facility for up to $550 million of capital from funds managed by Blue Owl Capital. The non-dilutive debt financing consists of three tranches over 18 months.
