William Harrington, a partner in Goodwin Procter's Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense group, was a speaker for the panel "The Rise of Claims Under the False Claims Act and FIRREA against Mortgage Lenders and Servicers - A Look at the Law and the Litigation."
