MCLE: Serving on Nonprofit Boards

This new program provides a brief introduction to non-profit and charitable organizations, and addresses a lawyer’s duties and responsibilities as a board member of a non-profit organization. The panel discusses real situations and provides practical tips and guidance on how to successfully navigate your involvement on the board of a non-profit organization. Goodwin's Alyssa Chandler Fitzgerald will be speaking at this program.
