Hail, a preeminent lawyer in the area of commercial litigation. Hail has extensive experience advising clients on complex litigation involving securities fraud claims, mass torts, insurance disputes and contract disputes. Previously a partner at Haynes & Boone, Hail has represented both domestic and international clients in federal and state courts throughout the United States and will be resident in Goodwin Procter’s New York office.

His representation of domestic and international clients in federal and state courts throughout the US, includes bankruptcy court as well as in connection with investigations brought by federal and state governmental authorities. Hail has written and contributed to several papers on litigation and insolvency including articles involving international litigation and federal practice and procedure.
