Goodwin Procter partner Caroline Bullerjahn has recently been named to the National Law Journal and Connecticut Law Tribune’s 2015 Boston Rising Stars list. She was selected by an independent panel of judges determining them among Boston’s outstanding young lawyers for 2015.
Bullerjahn is a partner in Goodwin Procter’s Securities Litigation & White Collar Defense Group and focuses her practice on securities litigation, SEC enforcement, government investigations and internal corporate investigations. She has been recognized for her representation of private and public corporations, investment advisors, officers and directors in a range of securities litigation matters, including class action lawsuits alleging violations of federal and state securities laws and shareholder derivative lawsuits.
The two honorees were recognized at an event in Boston on November 12.
