Goodwin advised Teollisuuden Voima Oyj (TVO), a Finnish electricity producer, in the negotiations of the amendments to the OL3 EPR project 2018 Global Settlement Agreement with the plant supplier consortium companies, Areva NP, Areva GmbH, and Siemens AG, as well as the Areva Group parent company Areva SA.
These amendments provide for the main principles of the OL3 EPR project completion, and notably the financial solution which would ensure the necessary funding for the Areva companies to complete the OL3 EPR project.
