James Crolle has returned to the United States to join Goodwin as a partner. Crolle has moved to Goodwin at a time when the hospitality sector is under great pressure following the pandemic. He will advise property owners, management companies, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on a wide range of real estate transactions. Goodwin’s real estate chair Minta Kay explained that demand for opportunities in the hospitality and leisure industry is accelerating as global real estate activity picks up, and Crolle’s in-house and private practice experience adds a complementary perspective to Goodwin’s global team.
