Goodwin partner Andrew Zutz was selected as a Rising Star at the Fund Intelligence 2021 Mutual Fund Industry and ETF Awards on October 14. The Rising Star award highlights up-and-comers who have made significant strides early in their careers and whose excellence, achievements, and dedication to the registered fund industry have stood out over the last year.
Based in Washington, DC, Zutz is a partner in Goodwin’s Financial Industry group and a member of its Investment Management practice. He focuses his practice on the investment management industry, primarily representing registered investment companies and their investment advisers and boards of directors with respect to a wide variety of regulatory, compliance and securities law matters.
Fund Intelligence noted the significance of Zutz’s recent work, which includes advising a private real estate manager on the development and launch of its first registered fund and negotiating a license agreement in connection with a fund manager’s launch of semi-transparent ETFs.
For nearly 30 years, the Mutual Fund Industry and ETF Awards have spotlighted fund management professionals and firms for their leadership, governance, and contributions to the industry. This year’s winners were nominated by their peers, mentors and colleagues, and selected by the editorial staff of Fund Intelligence.
