The London Private Equity team advised Antin Infrastructure Partners on its investment in RAW Charging.
RAW is an electric vehicle charging system retailer, distributor and installer and supplier of electric vehicle charging infrastructure to many of the UK’s largest, industry leading property owners and organisations.
Antin is a private equity firm focused on infrastructure investments with offices in Paris, London and Luxembourg. With €22bn in Assets under Management, Antin targets majority stakes in the energy and environment, telecom, transport and social infrastructure sectors.
