Dulcie Daly is a partner in the firm’s Tax practice. Dulcie’s practice focuses on UK and international tax, providing advice on all aspects of complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions in the private equity, technology and life sciences space. Dulcie also has experience in the tax aspects of debt finance and capital markets transactions, financial and corporate restructuring and incentive arrangements.
