The Hong Kong Private Equity team advised VIAM, including its affiliates, in the completion of an investment into Neo-Concept Group, a leading Hong Kong headquartered sustainable fashion designer and manufacturer for international brands and retailers. Partnering with VIAM will enable Neo-Concept Group to further its sustainability and growth initiatives across the globe.
The VIAM Group was established in 2016 as an independent asset management platform, which has expanded rapidly since through organic and inorganic growth. Currently, VIAM has AUM of approximately $11.3 billion (as of 31 December 2021) with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
The Goodwin team was led by Edwin Chan and included Elena Yeung, Gabriel Lee, Ingram Cheung, Richard Semple, Latifa El Shafei and Rameez Satenay-West.
