The Los Angeles Business Journal has named partner Natalie Martirossian to its list of Top 100 Lawyers for 2023. The annual award recognizes lawyers in the Los Angeles region who are known for exceptional achievements and exemplary leadership. Martirossian and the other winners were honored at a ceremony in Los Angeles on May 18.
Martirossian is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she is a partner in the Technology group. Her representation of companies spans the entire corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and public company representation. She also works with venture capitalists in private stock offerings as well as investment banks in public stock offerings.
