Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Christina Wong joined the firm as Chief Financial Officer, resident in the New York office. In this role, she will plan, direct, and control the firm’s financial planning and analysis, budgeting, pricing, accounting, forecasting, cash management, and billing and collections functions.

Most recently, Wong served as the CFO of Ankura Consulting Group, a global consulting company. Prior to Ankura, she spent nearly 30 years in a variety of financial leadership roles at American Express, including – most recently – as the CFO of Global Merchant Services, which operates a global payments network to process and settle transactions and acquire merchants. She previously served as the CFO for the Business-to-Business Risk, Information and Banking organization, as well as the CFO of American Express Bank Ltd.
Wong earned an MBA in Finance and International Business (with distinction) from New York University, and a BS in Finance (magna cum laude) from Boston College.
