Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Leon Johnson joined the firm’s Private Equity practice as a partner, resident in the San Francisco office.

With a particular focus on and expertise in late stage growth equity transactions, Leon advises private equity sponsors and public and private company clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, leveraged buyouts and related general corporate counseling.
