The London Technology team advised Relay on its recent $10 million Series Seed financing round.
The round was led by Project A Ventures and Prologis Ventures.
Founded in 2022 by Jonathan Jenssen and Nicole Mazza, Relay is a tech-enabled delivery network, empowering businesses to grow and elevate their e-commerce operations. It provides an end-to-end parcel delivery service – including the first, middle and last miles – from e-commerce retailers’ warehouses to consumers’ doorsteps. The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its business reach.
The Goodwin team was led by Bill Schnoor, Ali Ramadan and Emily Townsend.
