The Paris Private Equity team advised European Digital Group, the digital transformation and acceleration expert for businesses, and the management, on the acquisition of a stake in the group by Latour Capital.
European Digital Group was founded in 2019 by serial-entrepreneur Vincent Klingbeil and Montefiore Investment. The company has completed about 20 acquisitions in the past 4 years.
Latour Capital's acquisition of a stake in EDG, alongside Montefiore, Vincent Klingbeil and the management, is designed to accelerate the development of the group, which aims to exceed €1 billion in revenues within 5 years.
