Mark David McPherson has joined Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice with privacy and data security experience. McPherson tells CDR, “it was a chance to join something exciting I saw happening at Goodwin. They were looking to build depth in New York in particular, but also nationally, and particularly in the practice area that I’ve been focusing on for the last 10 years, which is privacy and data security litigation.
