Goodwin on Monday, June 23, said it's added Adam Dilluvio as a partner in its life sciences group and healthcare practice in New York. Dilluvio brings experience in M&A, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, financings, restructurings and joint ventures, with a focus on life sciences companies across all stages. He also has held general counsel and board roles across several portfolio companies, advising on governance, regulatory strategy and operations. He graduated from Cornell University in 2009. He obtained his M.B.A. from Cornell's Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management and earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, both in 2013. Dilluvio's hire comes after Goodwin recently added partners Bill Christiansen in Washington and Felipe Heiderich in New York to the life sciences team. Goodwin added partner Michael Amalfe in its private equity practice in New York in April and private equity partner Patrick Sandor in San Francisco earlier that month. Read The Deal article for more.
