His recent transactions include advising on groundbreaking AI transactions involving Inflection AI, Adept AI, Covariant and LoveFrom/io Products, Beekeeper on its sale to LumApps, which was valued at over $1 billion and creating the world’s first AI-powered Employee Hub, and Melio in its proposed acquisition of Xero for up to $3 billion.
In the business community, Larry has served as an Advisory Board Member for numerous companies. In this role, Larry is able to offer his experience and strategic insights to management, and he has become a trusted adviser to growing businesses around the world, including Zensai, HumanX, OLLY Nutrition, Bolt Projects, and Ammunition.
