Goodwin has advised Aampere GmbH, a Munich-based e-mobility startup, on its €1.6 million financing round.
Aampere simplifies the resale of used electric vehicles through a digital fast-sale solution. The company’s goal is to establish a circular economy for electric mobility that is both environmentally and economically sustainable. In doing so, Aampere actively drives the electrification of Europe and supports the transition toward climate-friendly mobility.
With the new funding, Aampere aims to accelerate product development, expand its team, and strengthen its market presence across Europe with the goal of becoming the leading digital platform for trading used electric vehicles on the continent.
The round was led by Trind Ventures, an Estonian early-stage investor known for supporting fast-scaling digital platforms. Gimic VC and several experienced business angels from the mobility sector also participated.
The Goodwin team was led by counsel Silvio McMiken and included associate Tobias Schulz (both Private Equity).
