Goodwin today announced that Julia Kolovarsky has joined the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice as a partner in the New York office.

Julia advises on the structuring and formation of private investment funds across a wide range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital, and growth equity, as well as fund-of-funds, evergreen funds, co-investments, and separately managed accounts. She works with global asset managers, emerging sponsors, and institutional investors.
