Goodwin’s Niall Dickson, Heath Ingram, and Ben Reilly Named Law360 Rising Stars
Goodwin lawyers Niall Dickson, Heath Ingram, and Benjamin (Ben) Reilly have been named Law360 Rising Stars for 2026. Niall was selected in the Real Estate category, Heath in the Life Sciences category, and Ben in the Benefits category. As partner in Goodwin’s Investment Funds and Capital and Real Estate industry groups, Niall focuses on the structuring, formation and ongoing management of funds and joint ventures in the private equity, real estate and venture capital sectors. He has deep experience advising on major European real estate fundraises and platform-level transactions for leading sponsors, including Ares Management, NREP and BauMont. In addition to this honor, Niall has been recognized by IFLR1000, named an Up & Coming partner in Chambers and Partners UK 2026, and ranked as a Next Generation Partner by The Legal 500 2026.
Heath is a partner in Goodwin’s Life Sciences and Healthcare industry groups, where he represents life sciences and healthcare companies at all stages of development, as well as venture capital and private equity firms focused on the life sciences industry. As Director of the Goodwin Center for Market Access and Pricing, he helps companies manage regulation, litigation, and enforcement across the drug supply chain and promote access to medicine. Heath partners with drug and device companies to provide strategic legal counsel on market access as well as product launches, advise pricing committees, solve complex regulatory problems, navigate drug price reporting regulations and audits, design and execute compliance programs, lead internal and external investigations, conduct risk assessments, and aggressively defend clients in healthcare-related whistleblower litigation and enforcement proceedings. Heath co-founded OUTbio Greater New York, a nonprofit dedicated to advancing LGBTQ equality and wellness in the life sciences industry. He is also a lead external counsel for The Trevor Project and was named a 2026 LGBTQ Biopharma Industry Leader by Endpoints News.
Ben is litigation counsel in the Healthcare and Investment Funds and Capital industry groups at Goodwin, specializing in ERISA litigation. He represents service providers and plan sponsors in nationwide ERISA class actions involving retirement, health and welfare, and other benefit plans, and serves as an editor and frequent contributor to Goodwin’s ERISA Litigation Update. Ben’s clients have included American Century, General Electric, Mutual of America, New York Life, State Street, and TIAA. He has also been recognized within Goodwin as one of the firm’s “most valuable mentors” for supporting junior attorneys on ERISA litigation matters.
