Goodwin Advises Balderton Capital on Itoflow Investment
The Technology team advised Balderton Capital on its lead investment into Itoflow’s $2.5 million pre-seed funding round. The round also included participation from angel investors, including Cleo founder Barney Hussey-Yeo. Itoflow, an AI platform helping professional investment teams scale research and portfolio management, will use the funding to expand its engineering and quantitative research teams, accelerate product development, and support its commercial and regulatory work.
Balderton Capital is a multistage venture firm with 25 years of experience supporting Europe’s best founders from seed to IPO. They have both early and growth funds and invest across the technology sector.
The Goodwin team was led by Adam Thatcher and Gaspard du Chaffaut.
