Goodwin Advises EMZ Partners on Acquisition Financing for SBH Tiefbautechnik
Goodwin advised EMZ Partners (EMZ) on the financing of its acquisition of a minority stake in SBH Tiefbautechnik GmbH (SBH), an international manufacturer and rental provider of high-quality shoring systems for civil engineering.
Together with EMZ, the SBH management team plans to further expand the rental business, enter additional European markets, and complement growth through targeted strategic acquisitions. The goal is to continue SBH’s successful development and further expand the company’s international presence.
