Goodwin Advises General Catalyst on Oratomic’s $775 Million in Total Funding
The Technology team advised General Catalyst in connection with Oratomic’s $775 million in total funding since its launch in March 2026. The funding round was led by ARCH Venture Partners, Spark Capital, Khosla Ventures, Index Ventures, General Catalyst, and Bezos Expeditions. Oratomic will use the funds to accelerate the development of utility-scale, fault-tolerant quantum computers.
General Catalyst is a global venture capital firm that invests in founders and companies that are changing the status quo in consumer, enterprise, fintech, health, security, manufacturing, and assurance sectors.
