Arvin Abraham is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. He focuses his practice on transactions for private equity sponsors, venture capital funds, and strategic investors, primarily in the fintech and healthcare sectors. Arvin also advises companies across the corporate life cycle, from inception and early financings through to a successful acquisition or public offering. He also advises fintech, blockchain and digital asset companies, investors and network participants with respect to digital asset transactions, new platform set-up, and related regulatory matters.

Prior to Joining Goodwin, Arvin was a partner with McDermott, Will & Emery in London where he was co-chair of the FinTech & Blockchain practice. Between 2015 and 2020 Arvin worked in management roles at Morgan Stanley and HSBC.
