Faheem focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border real estate finance transactions, advising a broad range of clients across the capital stack, including senior and mezzanine lenders and sponsors, often including back leverage. He has broader experience advising funders and trustees on a variety of structured financing transactions, including data centre financings, social housing financings and private placements. His practice spans secured and unsecured lending, sustainability-linked financing and syndicated financings. Over the course of his career, Faheem has held roles at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, where he developed a comprehensive understanding in institutional lending and capital markets.

- a private credit fund on a €450 million facility, financing the development of a portfolio of Dutch private rental sector assets*
- an investment management firm on a €110 million investment facility financing, where the proceeds were used to purchase two Irish private rental sector assets*
