Lara Alkarim is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group.
Lara specializes in advising financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex large scale and middle-market mergers and acquisitions transactions, including leveraged buyouts, divisional carve-outs, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged recapitalizations, capital restructurings, and majority and minority investments.
Lara has also counseled private equity funds and corporate clients on matters related to corporate governance and equity arrangements.
