Amy Arnelle joined Goodwin in 2018 as a senior paralegal in the Debt Finance and Private Equity groups, where she supports attorneys in closing debt finance transactions representing both borrowers and lenders, as well as assisting with entity formations, qualifications, and other governmental filings.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Arnelle was a senior paralegal at Paul Hastings LLP. She was previously a bank and finance paralegal at Buchalter and a corporate paralegal at Winston & Strawn. She began her paralegal career working in-house at The CIT Group, Inc. in 2008.
