Samantha Beck is an associate in Goodwin’s Healthcare practice. Samantha is a healthcare regulatory and transactional attorney who advises clients in private equity healthcare acquisitions by performing all aspects of healthcare regulatory due diligence and assessing regulatory risks related to federal and state fraud and abuse laws, including but not limited to the Stark Law and the Anti-Kickback Statute. Samantha counsels healthcare providers on payor enrollment and reimbursement issues and analyzes changes to federal and state healthcare laws to advise clients on any impacts to their business.
