Ty Bennett is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology & Life Sciences group, specializing in all areas of corporate and securities laws, with a primary focus on advising emerging-growth technology companies and venture capital firms. Ty’s representation of companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, entity formation, general corporate representation, venture capital financings, secondary sales and private liquidity programs, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. Ty joined Goodwin in 2023.
