Daniel Berrick is an associate in Goodwin’s Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. He has collaborated with companies in the technology, artificial intelligence, and financial services sectors on strategic data governance, privacy compliance, and emerging technology issues across complex regulatory environments. Daniel has helped organizations understand emerging trends for conducting AI impact assessments, governance frameworks for AI agents and other automated systems, foundation model liability, and legal issues related to hyper-personalized AI products, services, and agentic commerce. Daniel has also authored analyses on novel privacy and AI questions that have informed compliance decisions for companies and practitioners across industries.
