Brendan Blake is an associate in the firm’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, securities and stockholder litigation, and post-closing disputes and litigation. He joined Goodwin in 2022.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Brendan was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.

After law school, Brendan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patti B. Saris, then-Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

While attending law school, Brendan served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Boston University Law Review.
