M. Gabriella “Gaby” Boria

Gaby Boria is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department. She advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including capital markets, M&A, corporate governance, debt finance, regulatory matters, venture financings, and other strategic commercial arrangements.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Gaby was a corporate associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
