David’s expertise includes both individual and portfolio complex commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, leasing, debt and equity financing. He works with Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry business unit supporting the Real Estate Joint Ventures, Finance & Restructuring and Hospitality & Leisure groups.
Experience
David specializes in the review, analysis and negotiation of title and survey matters and related due diligence. He also provides assistance with drafting transaction, business formation and governance documentation and has broad experience with organizing and facilitating transaction closings and post-closing responsibilities and obligations.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
His years of real estate experience include working in the real estate departments of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and Dechert LLP representing public and private real estate investors, developers and investment funds as well as institutional and commercial lenders. His experience has involved working on wide ranging commercial assets including industrial, multifamily, office, hotel and retail properties.
