Eunbi Choi is an associate in Goodwin’s Litigation group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property disputes, with an emphasis on copyright and patent litigation. She also has experience handling a broad range of commercial disputes, including false advertising, unfair competition, breach of contract, and privacy-related claims (e.g., BIPA and CIPA). Eunbi represents clients in intellectual property and commercial matters in federal courts nationwide, whether as plaintiffs or defendants, and has particular experience working with multinational clients across a variety of industries, including software, hardware, and biopharmaceuticals.
Eunbi has experience litigating and advising clients through all phases of a dispute, whether in pre-litigation or litigation, settlement or mediation, and in arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining Goodwin, Eunbi served as in-house litigation counsel for a leading global electronics company, where she handled high-stakes class action and mass arbitration disputes. Drawing on that experience, she brings a client-focused, resolution- and efficiency-oriented perspective to her work.
