Elia Chou

Elia Chou is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. She joined Goodwin in 2025.

Before joining Goodwin, Elia Chou earned her J.D. from UCLA, where she worked with the Immigrant Family Legal Clinic and participated in APILSA, the Business Law Association, and the Women in Law Association. She also holds a B.A. in English and Spanish from Wake Forest University.
