Goodwin Advises Hubble Network on its $200 Million Series C
The Technology team advised Hubble Network on its $200 million Series C financing, led by Smith Point Capital, with participation from Seraphim Space, Carthona Capital, and RPM Ventures. The round takes the company’s valuation to over $1 billion as it works to enable global Bluetooth connectivity through a network of satellites.
Hubble Network is a Seattle-based company building a system of 60 satellites in low-Earth orbit to connect with Bluetooth-enabled devices globally. The service, which utilizes both satellites and a ground-based network, can be used to monitor objects embedded with a Bluetooth chip, including packages, vehicles, and pharmaceuticals.
The Goodwin team was led by John Casnocha, Stanley Phillips, David Orner, Joseph Yim, Delaney Arth, Elia Chou, Kevin Liu, and Isabelle Greenblatt-Gunning.
