  • Represented MBX Biosciences Inc. in its $187.7 million upsized initial public offering

During his time at Boston University School of Law, he was a member of the Boston University Law Review. He also served as a Note Editor on the Law Review.

He was a member of the BU/MIT Startup Law clinic during his time at Boston University School of Law, helping provide free legal services to student entrepreneurs.
