Matthew Cognetti

Matthew Cognetti is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group.

While in law school, Mr. Cognetti served as an intern at the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. Prior to joining Goodwin, Mr. Cognetti was an associate in the New York office of Chadbourne and Parke, LLP.
