Rachel is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group in London. Rachel advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on transactions in the technology sector. Rachel has particular experience in venture capital and growth equity transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Rachel was an Associate in the Technology Companies Group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
