Matt Connell is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group who advises on a broad range of private equity and corporate M&A transactions including management buyouts, strategic mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Matt trained at Goodwin and qualified into the team in September 2022.
