Andres Corcuera Habsburg’s practice focuses on leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments and other corporate matters in a broad range of industries. Specifically, he has experience representing corporate strategic and private equity clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing private mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, including assisting private equity funds with the purchase, ongoing representation and sale of portfolio companies.

Prior to rejoining Goodwin, Mr. Corcuera Habsburg worked as an associate in the M&A practice group at the Mexico City office of Creel, Garcia-Cuellar, Aiza y Enriquez, S.C. Before that, he worked as a foreign associate at the DC office of Goodwin Procter.
