Kelly Deas is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Life Sciences group, focusing on Capital Markets. Kelly represents public pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements. She also advises clients in connection with a variety of general corporate matters, including securities law matters, annual meetings and proxy statements, and ongoing reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Kelly’s application to the Pennsylvania bar is pending; she is working under the supervision of Pennsylvania admitted lawyers at Goodwin.
