Jacqueline DeJournett is an associate in Goodwin’s Complex Litigation & Dispute Resolution group. Jacqueline advises clients on a broad range of privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance matters. She provides strategic guidance on navigating compliance with complex state, federal, and global privacy and consumer protection frameworks, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and other comprehensive state privacy laws. Her practice focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive privacy and AI governance programs, including data subject rights processes, internal and external privacy and security policies, website and mobile app terms, and tracking technology disclosures and related-practices.
Jacqueline’s experience also includes representing clients in domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including due diligence and negotiating transitional and other corporate agreements. In addition, Jacqueline has experience advising on cybersecurity incident preparedness and response, as well as representing clients under investigation by regulatory and government authorities.
Jacqueline is licensed to practice in Georgia only; she is working under the supervision of DC-admitted lawyers at Goodwin.
