Lauren Diaz is a Director in the firm’s Program Management Office (PMO). Ms. Diaz is responsible for helping the PMO facilitate the management of the project proposal process and annual project portfolio. She also focuses on developing and implementing process improvement initiatives that support the firm’s goals.
Ms. Diaz joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining Goodwin, she was the Vice President of the ADA Governance Team, where she ensure the firm’s Digital Content was ADA conformant. Lauren is a motivated leader that has been able to impact & implement change within several financial firms including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley & JP Morgan.
