Olivia is an associate in Goodwin’s Private Investment Funds practice.
Olivia specializes in investment funds and regulatory matters. She advises clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fund raising, and operation of regulated and non-regulated investment funds.
Her practice also focuses on private investment funds (private equity funds, real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds, funds of funds) and their related operations and transactions.
Prior to joining Goodwin in 2024, Olivia had several experiences in-house (Ardian France) and in private practice.
