Meghan Donahue

Meghan Donahue is a Senior Manager of Coaching based in Goodwin’s Boston office. She coaches attorneys and the GO Team to support performance, career development, leadership growth, and successful transitions. Meghan partners with colleagues across the Talent Development Department to design and deliver firmwide programs that strengthen engagement and leadership. She is a certified coach credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Meghan joined Goodwin in 2020 as a Manager of Learning & Professional Development, where she led training initiatives for the firm’s business law practices. She later served as Senior Manager of Engagement & Culture, overseeing firmwide engagement and integration efforts.
