Neil Doogan is an associate in the Life Sciences group at Goodwin. Neil focuses his practice on advising public and private biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including startup and formation matters, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Neil also counsels his clients on ongoing corporate governance matters.
