Neil Doogan Jr.

Neil Doogan is an associate in the Life Sciences group at Goodwin. Neil focuses his practice on advising public and private biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including startup and formation matters, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Neil also counsels his clients on ongoing corporate governance matters.

• Represented Positive Development, Inc. in its Series C financing

• Represented multiple portfolio companies of a venture capital fund in their Series Seed financings
• Represented multiple biotechnology companies in their Convertible Note and SAFE financing rounds
