Gabriela d’Souza is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology group. Her practice focuses on representing emerging growth companies and venture capital investors in corporate and transactional matters, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, and general corporate counseling. She works with companies and investors across a range of industries, including artificial intelligence, software, digital health, climate technology, and advanced hardware.
Gabriela spent her first year in practice in-house at Kleiner Perkins.

Gabriela’s representative experience includes advising:
- XConn Technologies on its acquisition by Marvell
- P-1 AI on the initial closing of its $50 million Series A financing led by New Enterprise Associates
- RadixArk on its $100 million seed financing led by Accel and co-led by Spark Capital
- Greylock on its investment in AirOps’ $40 million Series B financing
